We were obsessed with Max + Ivey from our first meeting! They have such a genuine connection & their desire to tie the knot with their nearest and dearest in a unique way was heartwarming.

Max + Ivey reached out after a few years of trying to navigate wedding planning during a pandemic. They were frustrated and wanted a solution to help them find excitement in wedding planning again. 

Our Luxe Jewel Pop-Up Wedding was the perfect fit for them. Our Pop-Up Wedding would allow them to have an intimate wedding, while still including their loved ones. In addition, they could move forward with a stress free planning experience, to regain their excitement about their wedding day!

As Max + Ivey weren’t local to Rochester, and booked with us just 5 weeks before their wedding day, we were able to help them secure accommodations, hair and makeup services, and post pop up plans. Max + Ivey had impeccable taste and curated the perfect day. 

Max + Ivey began their day with an emotional first look, exchanged their sweet and funny vows at Max of Eastman Place, and then whisked their guests off to an amazing boozy brunch at Owl House. Later that night, everyone met at Radio Social for food + fun!  A uniquely wonderful wedding for a uniquely wonderful couple!
