Rochester, NY Olmsted Lodge at Highland Park – Wedding Planning | Rob & Jen

Rob & Jen hosted the quintessential Spring wedding, including elements that were uniquely them!  Working with Rob & Jen in a full planning capacity, we really got to know these two sweet people (& their dog Kiwi)!

Jen is originally from California and wanted her home to be the style inspiration for the wedding.  The color palette for the wedding was based on coastal California sunsets with succulents as the main décor element.  Jen also works at Sweet Pea Plant Based Kitchen and worked with Chef Ryan to cater.  They were able to offer both plant based and traditional food options for their guests.

You could really tell how much this couple is loved by those around them!  Rob’s brother created a specialty beer just for the newlyweds.  Rob & Jen’s officiant and friend Brian White also acted as the bartender!  Their neighbor and friend Emma Rizzo captured all the moments beautifully, while her partner Giancarlo was the dedicated pet attendant.  If you are looking to include your pet in your wedding, we highly recommend having someone assigned to watch them!

Hosting a wedding at a Monroe County park can be affordable and relaxed, but it is important to remember that hired help is a must!  Having someone coordinate
