Rochester, NY Durand Eastman Clubhouse - Day of Coordination | Megan + Stephen
FALL-ing in love with Megan & Stephen and their perfect autumn wedding! This sweet couple reached out to us to enlist our Day of Coordination services. Megan & Stephen booked with us in July, and we began preparations one month prior to their October wedding. Our Day of Coordination services included reaching out to vendors for introductions & confirmations of services, building their wedding day itinerary, and a full set up and tear down of décor.
We love to see our couples personalize their day, and their joy in seeing it all come together is so rewarding. We can’t forget to mention the perfect weather, watching their guests have a blast (shots!), and so many desserts! Both of their families made dozens of cookies, on top of the several flavors of cupcakes and a beautiful cutting cake by Scratch Bakeshop. Megan’s mom also created all the florals for the bouquets and arbor florals - another family twist that really impressed us!
These two were able to sneak away after dinner to take some epic sunset photos - a bonus of hosting your wedding at the Durand Eastman Clubhouse! We love working with couples as day of coordinators because we get the chance to take their curated vendor team & vision and ensure everything runs smoothly while our couples can enjoy their big day and be present with one another.
