ART DECO STYLED SHOOT

Art Deco and 1920s style was the influence and inspiration for this fall styled shoot.  Paired with the timeless elegance and the stunning views at Braddock Point Lighthouse, our models Demetrius and Courtney exuded all things glam and sophistication.  Successful business owners and entrepreneurs themselves, they graciously took time out of their busy schedules and we are so grateful they did!

Courtney wore a gorgeous Atelier Pronovias dress from Silk Bridal Boutique, jewelry from The Gem Lab, and classic emerald jewel toned heels.  Her dress was beaded from top to bottom with pearls and crystals.  The lovely makeup from Carmella Chanel Glam paired perfectly with the glamorous finger waves styled by Jordan Betts - Sahr from Need Salon and her sparkling headpiece from Silk Bridal Boutique.  Demetrius wore a classic, yet modern, black tux from Vittorio Menswear & Tuxedo.  This quintessential and striking look embodied the Art Deco vibes perfectly.

The couple’s rings were vintage estate pieces from the Gem Lab.  Courtney’s pearl and diamond earrings, vintage bracelet, and emerald and diamond necklace were all provided from the Gem Lab for added glamour and nod to the roaring twenties.

The geometric Diamond Arbor from Something Borrowed Rentals flawlessly fit the Art Deco vibe and was highlighted by Erie Way Flowers’ stunning designs.  Feathers were added to the florals to elevate the 1920s opulent theme.  The beautiful arbor decor, side laying bouquet, boutonniere, centerpieces, and loose florals all with bold magentas perfectly complemented the gold and emerald accents.

Caramel Bakery provided the Art Deco themed cut cake, complete with geometric patterns on both the inside and the outside for an added surprise when cutting into it!  Champagne was provided by Viticulture Wine Bar.  The owner just so happens to be our gorgeous model Courtney, proving she’s the full package!  Yeah Baby Bakes created delicious macarons to round out the decadence of the day.  Enjoying the tasty treats is one of the perks of creating a styled shoot.

Lanni Maszerowski outdid herself with an Art Deco invitation suite complete with an envelope addressed to Jay Gatsby.  The stunning architectural designs and font were spot on.  August Rose created a lovely sign that really made the moment come alive for our couple!

All of these amazing shots were captured by Diana Kapatos Photography.  Her expertise and style highlighted the venue, scenes incorporating the bold florals and rentals, as well as the beautiful couple.  Comment below which photos are your favorites?!
